Pizza, healthy? Start with chicken breast strips, which have minimal saturated fat, making them a more nutrient-rich choice than sausage and pepperoni. Cook off your own boneless, skinless chicken for the strips, or buy time-saving bags of precooked chicken strips. Whether you use full-fat cheese or reduced-fat versions, they all provide an ample boost of calcium for bone and tooth health. Convenient prebaked whole-wheat pizza crusts are widely available, so getting more whole grains every day is easier.
Makes 1 pizza (8 slices, 1 slice per serving)
1 whole-wheat prebaked pizza crust (12-15 inches) 12 ounces cooked chicken strips 1 bottle (18 ounces) barbecue sauce, any flavor and variety 1 ½ cups thinly sliced red onion 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded provolone cheese

3. Spread remaining barbecue sauce on pizza crust.
