Three people are behind bars after a man gets caught allegedly trying to shoplift on Black Friday, according to the Ohio County Sheriff's Department.
32-year-old Melvin Crow is charged with Entering Without Breaking, after officials say he allegedly tried to shoplift more than $800 worth of merchandise from Walmart Friday morning.
When police went to the vehicle Crow said he had traveled there in, they say they found 30-year-old Tia Lynn Wells and 44-year-old Michael Chris Miedel inside, with prescription drugs visible.
Miedel and Wells are charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver, according to officials.
All three are lodged in the Northern Regional Jail.
