Loree L. Holland has joined Cabell Huntington Hospital as director of service excellence.
Holland brings more than seven years of management experience in service excellence with health care organizations in Denver; Fort Worth, Texas; and Louisville, Ky., that have been recognized by JD Power and Associates or been recipients of the Press Ganey Success Story and Summit Awards for exceptional customer service and innovative problem solving.
She will develop, lead, monitor and modify the hospital's approach to excellence in patient, family and guest services. She also will evaluate and manage overall patient satisfaction experiences and measures.
Holland is a certified lean rapid improvement events leader and consultant, and she earned her bachelor's degree in business management from Western Kentucky University.
