Elizabeth Anne Robins has been found and is safe, according to Belmont County Sheriff Dave Lucas.
A Belmont County woman was reported missing Tuesday and authorities are asking for the public's help.
According to Belmont County Sheriff Dave Lucas, 24-year-old Elizabeth Anne Robins was last seen about 9:30 a.m. in the Bellaire area. Robins was reportedly suppose to go to Belmont College. She has three children, who the sheriff says her parents are watching, ages four, eighteen months and eight weeks.
Robins is five feet tall, has brown hair and brown eyes and weighs approximately 100 pounds. She is driving a blue and gold 2005 Mercury Mountaineer with license plate number FTJ7322, Ohio plates.
