Two Local Men Behind Bars for Possession With Intent to Deliver
Two men were placed behind bars Sunday after what started as a shoplifting arrest turned into a possession arrest.
Police were dispatched to Cabela's in response to a shoplifter in custody.
As a result, Benjamin Arman, 36, Willard Johnson Loy, 55, both of New Martinsville were arrested on charges of "Possession with Intent to Deliver" after police found heroin stamp bags in the vehicle the men were traveling in. Johnson Loy and Armen were arraigned Sunday by Ohio County Magistrate Joe Roxby.
Both men are being held in the Northern Regional Jail, each on $10,000 bond.
