Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso is pleased to announce James W. Lane Jr. has joined the firm's Charleston office.
Prior to joining private practice in 1994, Lane clerked for U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Ronald Pearson in Charleston for two years.
Lane has focused his practice on bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters for almost 20 years. Lane has represented private and public companies, financial institutions and individuals.
As senior counsel at Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso, Lane will continue to represent clients across a number of industries with regard to bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters.
Lane received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, Pa., in 1986. He received his law degree from the Washington and Lee School of Law in Lexington, Va., In 1992.
