A second indictment was issued Oct. 23 in the special grand jury reviewing whether additional crimes were committed regarding the Steubenville teen rape case.

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine announced 20-year-old Hanna M. Rhinaman of Mingo Junction, Ohio was indicted on two counts of receiving stolen property and one count of grand theft. If she is convicted on all counts, she could be sentenced to as much as three years in prison.

According to a news release, DeWine said Rhinaman's charges are related to incidents that occurred at Steubenville City Schools, but the charges are separate and unrelated to the Oct. 7 indictment issued against her father, William Rhinaman.

William Rhinaman, 53, is director of technology with Steubenville City Schools. Jurors found evidence that he allegedly altered, destroyed or removed information about the investigation. He was placed on paid administrative leave earlier this month. He entered a plea of not guilty to felony charges of tampering with evidence, perjury, obstructing justice and obstructing official business.

The grand jury adjourned until a future date that has yet to be determined.
