Attorney Jessie F. Reckart has joined the Morgantown office of Bowles Rice. She will practice in the area of environmental and regulatory law, with a focus in environmental litigation.
Reckart earned her law degree in 2012 from the West Virginia University College of Law, where she served as editor-in-chief of "The West Virginia Law Review" and graduated Order of the Coif.
She also took part in the inaugural year of the law school's United States Supreme Court Clinic.
Reckart also holds a master's of public administration degree and a bachelor's degree in history, both from West Virginia University.
Prior to joining Bowles Rice, she served as law clerk to federal Judge Irene M. Keeley of the state's Northern District. She served as a summer clerk with Bowles Rice in 2011.
