Sheriff Wants More Details on Murder of Former Powhatan Mayor

Belmont County Sheriff Dave Lucas wants to find out exactly what Marvin Brown did and where he went on the last day of his life.

The former Mayor of Powhatan, age 73, was shot and killed Monday, Nov. 18. His body was found in a hunting cabin on his property off German Ridge.

Lucas urges anyone who saw Brown that day to call the sheriff's department and relate the details of when and where they saw him.
