Three People Arrested After Allegedly Shooting Up With Heroin at Steubenville Gas Station
Three people were arrested on Sunday afternoon after allegedly using heroin in a Steubenville gas station parking lot.
According to reports, an officer pulled into a Speedway gas station and noticed two people in the back of a car with their heads down. The officer first thought they were on their cell phones, but on closer examination, the officer reportedly saw a woman "shooting up."
Police said they found several syringes in the front center console. The driver of the car, Joseph Chiodi, and the passengers, Kimberly Reilly and Anthony Hill, were all charged with felony possession of heroin and abuse of heroin.
Reilly was also charged with possession of drug abuse instruments. Chiodi also had an active bench warrant.
