A Pittsburgh man is behind bars in Wheeling after allegedly brandishing a knife in front of a home on Market Street.
Wheeling Police recieved a tip late Monday night that a man fitting David Thomas Loughner's description was waving a knife in front of an address on the 1400 Block of Market Street.
When police arrived, they said they saw Laughner fighting with another male. Police had to forcibly arrest Laughner and found he was in possession of a blue box cutter.
Laughner is charged with brandishing, carrying a concealed weapon, two counts of battery, obstructing officers and public intoxication. He was transported to the WV Northern Regional Jail pending his arraignment.
