The West Virginia State Police arrested a former Wheeling man over the weekend on sexual abuse charges following allegations during a recent court proceeding in another state.
According to troopers, Landrum Robbins was accused by a family member of allegedly sexually assaulting a Marshall County juvenile in May 2010. Robbins was arrested and charged with 10 counts of sexual abuse by a parent or custodian,
He is currently in the Northern Regional Jail on a $100,000 bond.
