Linsly senior Anthony Wallace has signed his national letter of intent to continue his basketball career at Division II national powerhouse West Liberty University.

Wallace's all-around game was on full display during his senior season when he averaged 22 points per game, nine rebounds, five assists. The Cadets finished the season with a 14-6 record. Wallace finished his career with 1,556 career points, which included 120 career 3-pointers.

Wallace's classmate J.J. Jackson also signed her letter of intent to play for rival Wheeling Jesuit University.

As a point guard, Jackson was the leader of the Lady Cadets, who won the school's first OVAC championship and rattled off a school-record 20 consecutive wins to end the season. She averaged eight points per game as a senior, with six rebounds, four steals and assists per game. She joins a long list of OVAC players who have signed with Debbie Buff's Wheeling Jesuit program, including Wheeling Park's Marissa Tucker, Indian Creek's Kiara Kamarec, and Mariah Callen from University High.
