St. Paul Catholic School students learn more about bullying
At St. Paul Catholic School in Weirton, students will be educated about the issue of bullying.
At 10:45 a.m. on May 6, St. Paul Catholic School will announce a partnership on a grant funded program expansion at Wheeling Jesuit University to help middle school students in northern West Virginia by educating them on bullying. A coalition for youth safety discussion will be delivered by WJU students following a check presentation.
Those participating in the event include: Wheeling Jesuit University President James Fleming; WJU Associate Professor of Criminal Justice Larry Driscoll; WJU Vice President for Advancement Sarah E. Kelly; State Farm Community Specialist for West Virginia Erin Bailey; Sharon Higgins of St. Paul; School Based Health Erin McFarland; Wheeling Jesuit University students; and local State Farm agents.
