Indicted Steubenville School Superintendent Wants Names of Grand Jury Witnesses
A motions hearing for Mike McVey, one of the individuals indicted by the grand jury investigating the Steubenville rape case, was held on Monday morning.
During the hearing, McVey's attorney, Charles Bean, filed a motion to disclose names of grand jury witnesses and a motion for a "bill of particulars," which would spell out exactly what McVey is alleged to have done.
McVey is currently on paid administrative leave as the superintendent of Steubenville City Schools. His trial is set to begin on August 18.
