Morgantown WV Teen Convicted of Skylar Neese's Murder to Be Transferred to Women's Prison
Monongalia County Circuit Judge Russell Clawges ruled Wednesday, June 4 to move Rachel Shoaf, 17, to an adult facility. Shoaf pleaded guilty in January 2014 to stabbing Skylar Neese to death in July 2012 , along with co-conspirator Shelia Eddy.
Judge Clawges also denied Shoaf's motion for a reduced or modified sentence. Shoaf will turn 18 this week and will be transferred to an adult facility when a bed becomes available.
