Two Ohio Valley Men Convicted for Role in Prescription Pill Trafficking Ring
Two local men have been convicted for their roles in a large prescription pill trafficking ring.
Late Monday, it was announced that 22 year-old Jordan Sorge of Wheeling and 50 year-old Richard Hercules of McMechen had been found guilty.
United States Attorney Bill Ihlenfeld said the two men were part of a group of 15 who were indicted back in February. Members of that group were arrested for the redistribution of oxycodone and other painkillers. The men both await sentencing.
