Wheeling Man Reportedly Had 18-Month-Old Daughter in Car During Break-In Attempt
A Wheeling Island man is facing charges on Monday after an attempted break-in into a vehicle that was impounded at a local towing company.
According to the Belmont County Sheriff's Office, Cory Rockhold, 33, was spotted by an employee at Bill's Towing in Bridgeport on Sunday afternoon leaning inside a car that had been impounded by police. The employee said Rockhold grabbed items out of the car and threw them into his own car. He then fled the scene.
