Still on the Run, Shooting Suspect is Indicted by Jefferson County Grand Jury
A man still on the loose after a shooting at a Steubenville apartment complex in June was indicted by the Jefferson County Grand Jury on Thursday.
23-year-old Tajh Jackson was indicted on charges of felonious assault with firearm specification and having weapons under disability after he allegedly shot three people at the Heritage Place Apartments. A father son were both treated and released after being hit by bullet shrapnel.
Jackson's alleged target, Torrance Lyda, was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital and has since returned home after treatment.
