Martin & Seibert, a law firm founded 106 years ago, has new leadership.
Susan R. Snowden was selected as director of litigation management and general counsel. Snowden, with 29 years of litigation experience, will focus on ensuring the highest ethical standards of the firm’s members, maintaining consistent and cost-effective litigation practices and placing a greater emphasis on quality management and client satisfaction.
E. Kay Fuller was selected to serve as director of business development. A trial attorney and litigation manager with decades of experience, Fuller will use her leadership skills to expand the firm’s marketing to new clients as well as to cultivate relationships with existing clients.
Clarence “CEM” Martin, who has been with the firm for more than 39 years, said he believes the change “puts us in a better position to grow by utilizing the experience and strong leadership skills already within the firm. Transitioning to a new generation of leadership ensures that the right people are in place to take Martin & Seibert into the future.”
