Search Continues in West Virginia for Man Accused of Killing One-Year-Old Child
Police continue to search for the man believed to have killed a one-year-old girl in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
Curtis Richards is being accused in the death of his girlfriend's one-year old daughter in early August. Police say he has connections in Beckley, St. Marys and Huntington. He was last seen taking money from an ATM in Parkersburg.
Richards is believed to be driving a 1994 black Toyota truck, with a large amount of primer, and with West Virginia plates 4XA886.
