Wheeling Man Behind Bars for Alleged Malicious Wounding
A Wheeling man is behind bars after allegedly being part of what the victim calls, "A Kaleidoscope of violence."
31-year-old Michael Shawndale Davis is facing charges of malicious wounding for allegedly stomping and kicking the victim who was on the ground after being punched by another man.
According to Police Reports, this happened at a local bar in Wheeling back in August. Davis is now at Northern Regional Jail after being arraigned in front of Magistrate Joe Roxby who set bond at 10 thousand dollars.
