An Ohio man has been convicted of trafficking heroin and crack cocaine into Marshall County, WV.
Devon J. Ball, 29 of Columbus, OH pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute heroin and cocaine base, according to a news release from United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II.
An investigation by the West Virginia State Police revealed that throughout October and November 2014, Ball repeatedly conspired with others to possess and distribute heroin and crack cocaine into MarshallCounty.
Ball faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $1 million.
