Wheeling Police Witnessed Drug Deal, 2 Men Arrested

Wheeling Police arrested Clark Butler for possession of cocaine and for fleeing on feet Tuesday night. Wheeling Police arrested Clark Butler for possession of cocaine and for fleeing on feet Tuesday night.
Wheeling Police arrested Marcel Revis for being a felon in possession of a firearm Tuesday night. Wheeling Police arrested Marcel Revis for being a felon in possession of a firearm Tuesday night.
Wheeling, W.Va. - Two men are in jail after officers witnessed them in an drug deal.

Police said they caught Clark Butler and Marcel Revis Tuesday night conducting a drug deal at 1425 Market Street. 

Butler was arrested for possession of cocaine and for fleeing on foot. 

Revis was arrested for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
