1: Save Important Numbers, in case of an emergency you should able to call or text your children or their friends.
2: Charge It Up, make sure their lights and phones are charged at all times. This will make sure they can see their way in the dark.
3: Set a Check-in Time, this will give you and your trick-or-treaters on a schedule,
4: Create a Trick-or-Treat Patrol, get parents and neighbors involved in watching the group.
