Police have released the name of the truck driver involved in Sunday's 20-vehicle accident at the bottom of 2-Mile Hill on Interstate 70.
According to police, Sandeep Bandwalsingh, 26, Elk Grove, California is being cited for Failure to Maintain Control.

UPDATE SUNDAY 6:40 PM
Interstate 70 is re-opened following a massive accident around 3:00 pm Sunday afternoon.
As of 6:40 pm, officials were just headed back from the scene to work on putting all the fact together but here's what we now know:-Happened near the bottom of '2-mile hill' in the westbound lanes-17 Vehicles involved-No fatalities to report as of now-One dog was killedThat's according to Deputy G.J. ORIGINAL STORY:Crews are responding to an accident involving multiple vehicles on Interstate 70 in the westbound lanes.
Our reporter on scene says it appears the accident started at the bottom of "Two Mile Hill" and that several vehicles are involved.
Calls started coming into the 7News around 3:00 pm Sunday about traffic backing up.We do know that Ohio County Sheriff's Department, WV State Police are responding.
