Canadian Man Wants to Pioneer a Path to Giving

Posted: Updated:

A man truly inspired by and loves baseball is trying to give back to organizations who have had an impact on his life and to one local organization, and he's not even from the U.S.

Greg Puchalski is from Ontario Canada, and works in the Ohio Valley, and loves and played baseball as a kid. He said he wants to be a pioneer in good karma by paying it forward, so he says he's donating nearly $10,000 to various organizations.

"Why, you might ask, just because he wants to start a chain reaction of people doing good to help others. He doesn't want anything in return and hopes his giving spirit will be contagious. One of the organizations he is donating to is the 'Beast of the East Committee,' I want this to be a movement, I want other people to sign up, and I want to find other ways that I can raise money for baseball for transformation and most importantly for cancer, because I have some stories that relate to that and some friends of mine that need some help," Puchalski said.

Puchalski said that he likes to give to those in need when he can.
